I'm relocating my business, can you help me transfer services?

If you are relocating, please call us with your new business address and we will check to see if We can simply transfer your services. If you are moving out of our service area, we'll sure be sorry to lose you, but we'll assist you however we can with the move. I am having trouble getting connected to the internet. What should I do?

It's easy to troubleshoot many of your online problems yourself. You don't need technical support - just power down and power up your system! Follow the steps below, and if you're still having trouble, please cal contact our Business Class Customer Care Center at: 1-877-972-4100 (select option #1)



Power-Up / Power-Down

  1. Make sure all cables and cords are firmly connected by checking both ends of:
    • Cable from the wall to the modem
    • Cable from the modem to either the computer or the router (if you have a router)
    • Cable from the router (if you have one) to the computer
    • Cord from the modem to the power outlet
  2. Unplug the power cord to the modem (and router if you have one installed) and shutdown your computer(s).
    1. Wait 2 minutes
    2. Plug-in your equipment in the following order
      1. Plug in the modem and wait for the lights to synchronize with the network
      2. Plug in the router (if you have one) and wait 2 minutes
      3. Start your computer(s)

How do I use my voicemail?

Setting up your voicemail is simple. Please follow the steps below:



Setting up your mailbox

  1. Dial the access code provided by the technician during your installation, or go to: http://www.insightcom.com/help-phone-accesscode.asp
  2. Enter temporary password
  3. Follow prompts to set up new password and mailbox options

Retrieving voicemail

  1. Dial your local access number:
    • Louisville: 866-782-9795
    • Lexington: 859-309-0970
    • Covington: 859-360-0970
    • Bowling Green: 270-904-0970
    • Columbus: 614-745-0970
  2. Enter mailbox number and PIN

How do I restrict viewing of unwanted programs?


Locks Setup

  1. Press MENU on your remote twice.
  2. Select SETUP. You may need to arrow down to page 2 of the menu to get there.
  3. Select PARENTAL CONTROLS SETUP.
  4. Enter a 4 digit Locks PIN.
  5. Reenter the PIN to confirm.
  6. This PIN will now be required to restrict viewing through the on screen guide. You can set locks using the categories by Movie Rating, TV Rating, TV Content, Channel and Title
